The battle is back -Red Bull Battle of The Sund!

Following the success in 2014, the big battle of Öresund is now back for a new fight and new winners this coming August 20, 2016.

Once again, the strait of Öresund – once the spot for a big naval battle in between the 2 host countries – is now the spot for a tough but exceptional Kiteboard competition. From the beach of Ribersborg, around 500 Kiteboarders will gather on the Swedish side and then race througout the ocean going to Denmark, turn and head back as fast as they can. The wave and wind will test their endurance and persistence during the distance of roughly 40 km.

Every type of kiteboarders are welcome to join and win, it doesn’t matter if you are a Racer or a Freestyler. Let the Battle begin.

Ruben Lenten – Beating Cancer!

Downwind Tour in Brazil

Brazil Down Wind Surfin Sem Fim Essential Experience

I have heard that this was already possible in Morocco. However this downwind tour in Brazil looks unbelievable. It has definitely been added to our bucket list here at Kiteboarders.

Where would you rather do a downwind? Morocco or Brasil. We could definitely do this in Cape Town as well. Down the west coast towards Elands Bay.

When are the tours running?

Brazil Down Wind Surfin Sem Fim Essential Experience Dates

How much does a tour cost?

The Classic Tour costs: US $ 1500 which is 5 nights with 4 days of downwinding.

The Delta Tour costs: US $1500 which is also 5 nights with 4 days of downwinding.

The Iron Man costs: US $ 2200 which is 7 nights and 6 days of down winding. You will be doing the same route as the Classic and Delta combined but you will be going further each day. In order to do the Ironman route you need to be an experienced kiter.
